Services and Clients

The services WIN provides helps the disabled, veterans, elderly, the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. The program additionally addresses many risks factors and a variety of populations who have a history of social dysfunction, mental illness, substance abuse, domestic violence, criminal involvement and low-skilled employment. The Program intervenes in crisis situations at critical stages with appropriate, efficient resources and effective case management.
